Masterchef Ranveer Brar shared a simple recipe for making a scrumptous Veg Manchow soup.

In a wok or kadai heat oil and add ginger, garlic, green chilli, onion and saute for a minute.

Now add charred dry red chilli and then add carrot, cabbage, mushroom saute for 2-3 minutes on high flames. Then add soya sauce, salt, black pepper powder, sugar, water and boil it for 5-6 minutes.

For corn-starch slurry, in a small bowl add corn-starch, black pepper powder, water mix it properly and keep aside for further use.

Add the vinegar, boil for a minute and add french beans, spring onion, coriander leaves, mix it then add corn-starch slurry and stir it continuously until lightly thickened.

For fried noodles, in a bowl add boiled noodles, corn-starch and mix properly. Now deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Serve hot with the soup.
