Kickstart your morning with this nutritious breakfast

Wash the poha well and drain water. Add the washed poha into a bowl.

Now add salt and sugar and fluff it with a fork. Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes.

Take a pan and add ghee to it. Now add cumin seeds, green chillies, and ginger.

Sautee till fragrant. Now add green peas followed by garam masala and black pepper powder.

Cook till peas soften. Now, add the poha mixture and give a nice stir.

At last, add lemon juice. Garnish with chopped coriander.
