Make this sugar and oil-free laddoo today

Here’s a quick, easy recipe for sugar-free, oil-free energy ladoo from chef Meghna Kamdar.

Take 1/4th cup of each – almond, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds. Also take two tablespoon of white sesame seeds.

First dry roast all nuts and seeds. Bring it down to room temperature.

In a chopper or mixer grinder, take all the nuts and seeds. Add pounded cardamom. Grind all coarsely (Do not make a fine powder).

Churn 1/2 cup of seedless sticky dates. Add a pinch of salt.

Mix everything together and make the energy ladoos. Store in fridge for 10 days in an air-tight container.
