Satiate those hunger pangs with this healthy snack

Take a look at this snack recipe using a banana that can be whipped up in a few minutes, courtesy of nutritionist Pooja Makhija. She shared the easy recipe of caramelised banana on toast.

Slice a firm banana and cook it with a dash of coconut oil. It caramelises with its own natural sugars. No added sugar needed.

Sprinkle cinnamon on both sides of the caramel banana.

Toast your favourite bread.

Spread some unsweetened nut butter.

Sprinkle a few roasted salted seeds of choice and top with your hot caramel banana pieces.
