Terms of Use of Al-Kawthar Educational and Cultural Center
By using our website, services, or attending our activities, you agree to abide by the following terms:
1. Acceptance of Terms
Al-Kawthar Educational and Cultural Center (referred to as “the Center”) establishes these terms to regulate the use of its website, halls, and activities (religious and educational). The Center reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the modifications.
2. Permitted Use
2.1. Educational and Religious Purposes
Visitors and beneficiaries are permitted to use the Center’s content (lectures, lessons, publications) for personal, non‑commercial purposes only, provided that the source is acknowledged.
2.2. Conduct Inside the Center
All attendees (especially during the observance of Ramadan, the days of Muharram, religious occasions, and holidays) are required to follow public etiquette, respect worshippers and students, and comply with the instructions of the Center’s staff.
The Center reserves the full right to photograph or record (video) events and activities for documentation, advocacy, and educational purposes.
Anyone who does not wish to appear in any picture or video clip must stay away from the filming area or notify the team in advance. They cannot object to the general recording of the gathering or hall as long as they have not taken the initiative to stay away.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials published under the Center’s name (logos, lectures, sermons, educational texts) are the property of the Center and may not be copied, distributed, or modified without prior written permission.
4. Disclaimer
4.1. Accuracy of Information
The Center strives to provide accurate and up‑to‑date information (prayer times, programs, news), but it is not liable for any unintentional errors or changes in schedules due to emergency circumstances.
4.2. External Links
The Center’s website may contain links to external sites; the Center is not responsible for their content or policies.
5. Data Privacy
We are committed to protecting your personal data when you subscribe to the newsletter or courses. We will not share your information with any third party without your consent, unless required by law.
6. Cancellation and Termination
The Center reserves the right to prohibit any person from using its services (in‑person or online) if they violate these terms, especially if they cause disturbance to others or misuse the educational facilities.
7. Modification of Programs and Schedules
Given that the Center opens its doors on Thursdays and Saturdays shortly before the Maghrib prayer, as well as on religious occasions, holidays, Ramadan, and the days of Muharram, it reserves the right to modify or cancel event schedules with prior notice when necessary.
8. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the Center is located, and any dispute shall be referred to the competent judicial authorities.
